Fady George


Fady George joined Beltone Investment Banking in August 2017, currently holding the post of Associate.George brings over six years of experience across various industries, including healthcare, non-banking financial services, fast moving consumer goods and tourism. Prior to joining Beltone, George’ international experience included John Carris Investments, Axonic Capital, Novahill Partners, and Cerberus Capital. His track record includes the IPO of Sarwa Capital and Ibnsina Pharma on the EGX. George is a graduate of Ecole de Glion in Switzerland with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Revenue Management and both an MBA and an Honors Certificate in Development Economics & Trade Policy from Georgetown University in Washington DC. He also completed a Financial Analysis & Valuation Course at the Investment Banking Institute in New York and successfully passed the FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensing in 2012. Show More

Mohamed Sherien


Mohamed Sherien joined Beltone Investment Banking in April 2018, currently holding the post of Associate.
Sherien brings over three years of Investment Banking experience having worked on transactions spanning various industries; such as Healthcare, Retail, F&B, Agribusiness, Industrials, and Real Estate amongst others. Prior to joining Beltone, he spent over two years at Pharos Investment Banking where he was involved in several M&A transactions. His track record includes the closure of the sale of National Company for Maize Products as well as the closure of debt financing to the Egyptian Company for Silicon Products. This is in addition to acting as the Independent Financial Advisor for the IPO of Dice for Casual Sportswear and Ibnsina Pharma. Mohamed El-Samman


Mohamed El-Samman joined Beltone Investment Banking in June 2018, currently holding the post of Director.
El-Samman brings over fourteen years of diverse banking experience with a track record of numerous transactions including M&As, Debt Advisory, Equity Capital Markets, and Direct Investments. El-Samman served on the board of several companies including Misr Qena Cement, ASEC and Egyptian Life Takaful. Prior to joining Beltone, he started his career with HSBC Corporate Banking and Investment Banking divisions, and then joined the founding team of Al-Ahly Capital Holding, where he held an executive director role; He also served as a Deputy CEO of Al Ahly Medical Services Company. His track record includes the portfolio securitization for Corplease and NUCA, France Telecom’s mandatory offer for Mobinil, Misr Cement Qena’s leveraged buyout of ASEC Cement, the acquisition of Al Mokattam Specialized Hospital and establishing of ETHYDCO petrochemicals complex. El-Samman is a graduate of Cairo University with a major in Accounting. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Tarek Khater

Vice President

Tarek Khater joined Beltone Investment Banking in September 2014, currently holding the post of Vice President.
Khater brings over eight years of experience within the investment and corporate banking field. He has been involved in various transactions, including M&As, Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Corporate Restructuring and Debt Raising, across several industries including; healthcare, financial services, fertilizers, consumer goods, agriculture products, and Oil & Gas. Prior to joining Beltone, he worked for HSBC Egypt for a period of three years, by the end of which, he held the position of Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking department managing a portfolio of Oil & Gas companies. He also has international exposure, having worked at J.P. Morgan, London as part of the EMEA Healthcare & Consumer Retail coverage team. His track record includes the IPOs of Sarwa Capital, Ibnsina Pharma and MM group on the EGX, Syndicated Loan Facility, and Debt Restructuring for The Egyptian Chemical Industries Company “Kima”, the acquisition of Auerbach Grayson by Beltone Financial Holding and the sale of Al-Shorouk Hospital to Cleopatra Hospitals Group. Khater holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Economics from Cairo University and a Master’s Degree in Investment and Risk Finance from the University of Westminster in London.
