Sobhy El Sehrawy
Head of Investment Banking
Mr. Sobhy has a long investment, finance and corporate banking career,
prior to joining NI Capital he was the Chief Investment Officer of Al Ahli Capital Holding Company and served on the board of directors of many of the investee companies with the aim of maximizing their values. Prior to that he was a Senior Vice President and Board Director of Egypt Kuwait Holding Company a part of Al Kharafi Group of Kuwait. He also served as the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of one of the Group’s affiliates incorporated in Kuwait investing various sectors. Throughout his career, he participated in numerous acquisitions, divestitures, debt raising as well as green field projects in industries such as Fertilizers, Petrochemical, Glass Manufacturing, Natural Gas Distribution and General & Life Insurance. Mahmoud El Said
Mr. El Said joined Beltone Financial in January 2015 and is currently a Senior Analyst with the Investment Banking team. Since joining Beltone, Mr. El Said has been closely involved in both M&A and Capital Markets transactions across various sectors, including Banking and Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Industrial Materials, Consumer Goods, Packaging, Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate and Telecommunication.
Mr. El Said graduated with Honors from The American University of Paris completing a Bachelor of Science with a double major in International Finance and Entrepreneurship Management.
Noha Kandil joined Beltone Financial in October 2016 and is currently an Analyst with the Investment Banking team.
Prior to Investment Banking, Noha has been an Equity Analyst, for two years, in the Asset Management department at Beltone Financial valuating companies from the building materials, petrochemicals, construction and power sectors. Since joining Investment Banking, Noha has been involved in both IPO and M&A transactions across different sectors, including packaging, real estate, healthcare and telecommunications. Noha Kandil graduated from the American University of Cairo, completing a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Business Finance, cum laude, and a minor in Economics. In addition to the Bachelors Degree in Finance, Ms. Kandil studied Economics, as part of a semester exchange program, at the St. Andrews University, Scotland.Show More
Tarek Khater, CFA
Tarek joined Beltone Investment Banking in September 2014. Since joining Beltone, he has been involved in several M&A & capital market transactions. Tarek also has an international exposure having worked at J.P. Morgan, London as part of the EMEA Healthcare and Consumer Retail coverage team. Additionally, Tarek has 3 years of commercial banking experience working for HSBC, Cairo. During that time, he held different positions including Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking department, where he managed a portfolio of Oil and Gas companies. Prior to that, he held the position of an Officer at the Wealth Management department.
On an academic level, Mr. Khater holds BSc of Statistics and Economics from Cairo University and MSc in Investment and Risk Finance from the University of Westminster in London. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Aziz joined Beltone Financial in 2015 as an Analyst in the Investment Banking team. Since Joining the team Mr. Aziz has been focusing his efforts on M&A and Capital Markets transactions across various sectors including; Real Estate, Building Materials, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Packaging, Consumer Goods, Banking and Financial Services, and Food and Beverage.
Mr. Aziz holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Loughborough University that was awarded by the British University in Egypt and a Diploma in Accounting and Business from the ACCA.
Nagla El Gazzar
Ms. El Gazzar has 10 years of diversified experience in the finance field.
She was Deputy Manager at the Egyptian Stock Exchange, heading members registration within the Exchange. Prior to that, she was Section Head in the Corporate Banking Division at Qatar National Bank, QNB (formerly NSGB) where she worked extensively on project and acquisition finance. Prior to that, Ms. El Gazzar spent 4 years at Okaz Stock Brokers where she headed the Research Department and worked on a variety of valuation projects and research assignments, with a focus on telecommunications and cement.
Ms. El Gazzar joined Beltone Investment Banking in September of 2016.
Mohamed El Akhdar
Mohamed Elakhdar is a Director within the Beltone Investment Banking team where he provides advisory services for a full range of transactions, including mergers, sales, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, spin-offs, divestitures and other restructurings.
He brings over ten years of experience across various industries including healthcare, energy, transportation, construction and building materials, consumer products, financial services, oil & gas, and telecom.
Prior to joining Beltone, he spent over six years as a strategy consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington D.C where he led client engagement activities advising governments and major corporations on strategic transformation initiatives worldwide. In 2011, he relocated to Abu Dhabi, UAE to help rebuild Booz Allen’s international operations in the Middle East.
Mr. Elakhdar holds a B.S in Engineering from the American University in Cairo (AUC) and a M.S in Finance, summa cum laude, from the George Washington University School of Business. He also completed the Executive Leadership Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management.Show More
Mr. Nassif joined Beltone Investment Banking in March 2015.
Since joining Beltone, Mr. Nassif has been closely involved in ECM and M&A transactions across various sectors, including Consumer Goods, Automobiles, Banking and Financial Services, Real Estate, Packaging and Telecommunication.
Prior to Mr. Nassif’s Investment Banking experience, he was in the brand management team of one of Henkel Egypt’s leading consumer goods brands. He is also on the board of Forsa, an NGO in the healthcare sector.
Mr. Nassif holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the American University in Cairo, with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics.
Mr. Fayek joined Beltone Investment Banking in October 2014. Since joining Beltone, Mr. Fayek has been closely involved in ECM and M&A transactions across various sectors, including Packaging Materials, Automobiles, Banking and Financial Services, Building Materials, Consumer Goods and Telecommunication.
Prior to Mr. Fayek’s Investment Banking experience, he was on the Financial Services Audit team at KPMG Qatar where he audited notable financial institutions such as the Commercial Bank of Qatar (CBQ), Qatar Exchange (QE) and Qatar Central Bank (QCB). He was also engaged in the audit and analysis of Qatar National Bank’s IPO subscription and allotment process for “Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding.”

Omar El Maarry
Mr. El Maarry joined Beltone in August 2014. He currently serves as an Investment Banking analyst, closely involved in ECM and M&A transactions across various sectors.
Prior to joining Investment Banking, Mr. El Maarry served as Assistant Fund Manager in Beltone Asset Management and was responsible for XT-Misr, Egypt’s first Exchange Traded Fund and assisted in its dual listing on Nasdaq Dubai.

Leena Saad El Din
Ms. Leena Saad El Din’s career in Finance started in October 2016 when she joined Beltone Financial as an Investment Banking Analyst upon graduating with Honors from Cairo University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Ms. Saad El Din’s most recent activities include working on Capital Markets transactions in both the FMCG and Real Estate sectors.
Omar Roshdy Badreldin
Omar has more than 7 years of experience in the financial services industry where he is currently working as
Investment Associate at Beltone Financial where he is helping in the planning, structuring, executing financial transactions in public or private markets and advising corporations on mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Beltone he worked as Investment Manager at Al Tawfeek (AT) Financial Investments where he was responsible for managing the company’s assets under management, and supporting the investment banking division.
