The Board of Directors and Officers of Beltone Financial are committed to ensure the Company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, rules and disclosure of key information to all stakeholders. As such Beltone Financial's financial statements are submitted to the EGX on a quarterly basis and the Company's Board of Governors meets regularly and also submits reports of their meetings to the EGX. The Executive Committee of Beltone Financial comprises senior management and has overall supervisory responsibility for the Company's operations and performance.
Beltone Financial reports the Company's activities in Press Releases that are sent to a wide spectrum of interested parties, including the EGX, and these are also posted on the Company's website.
