Inv. Objective: Long term capital appreciation with absolute or relative benchmarks
Inv. Strategy: The portfolio pursues its investment objective primarily through investing only in shari'a compliant securities listed and ‎traded on the MENA* stock exchanges. The guidelines would include quantitative and ‎qualitative screening.

Inv. Objective: Match the returns of any acceptable Index offering ‎diversification and reducing tracking error
Inv. Strategy: The portfolio will be invested entirely in equities listed in an acceptable regional index offering diversification through passive management. It will be ‎rebalanced in accordance with the periodical index rebalancing with a focus on cash dividend re-investment on a frequent basis.

 

Balanced Portfolios
Inv. Objective: Long-term capital growth with primary ‎emphasis on capital preservation
Inv. Strategy: A portfolio pursues its investment objective by allocating 40-60% of ‎funds to equity holdings listed and traded on the regional stock exchanges, and investing 40-60% in fixed income vehicles, such as sovereign and corporate bonds ‎and other money market instruments.

Strategy: A portfolio managed as a current account with competitive daily interest, interest is calculated, credited and compounded daily investing in secure, high yielding, short-term interest bearing instruments. The accounts benefit investors by providing flexibility, liquidity, and daily interest.
