Ahmed A. Madbouly
Mr. Madbouly holds the position of Chief Financial Officer of Beltone Private Equity. Since 1986 Mr. Madbouly has brought his extensive experience in the areas of finance and accounting.
Prior to Beltone Private Equity, Mr. Madbouly held the position of Financial & Administration Director at the Nile Valley Gas Company, a joint venture between British Gas, Edison International, Orascom and Mega. In 2004, he joined EDAFCO, SADAFCO Egypt & SPF Companies in Egypt, a JV between KIPCO-UIC of Kuwait & SADAFCO of KSA, where he served as Financial & Administration Director. During his assignment he established and maintained business controls, and implemented control of all financial policies and procedures. Mr. Madbouly also served as Chief Financial Officer of Miraco Carrier Air-Conditioning from 2000 - 2003. During this period he was responsible of guiding and managing all financial activities within the different business areas (including Manufacturing, Contracting, Trading, Supply Chain, Import/Export, Services, Warranty & 3rd party partnership). In 1997, he joined SIEMENS, Egypt as a Financial Controller and from 1994 - 1997 he worked as Chief Accountant at Caltex, Egypt. Mr. Madbouly held the position of Accounting Supervisor at Holmes & Narver Services Inc. in Egypt and in 1987 he joined General Dynamics as a Senior Accountant.
Mr. Madbouly holds a B.A. in Accounting from Ain Shams University and is currently enrolled in IFRS training.
